1. Service Nature

We are a private third-party processing service that assists customers with submitting vehicle registration renewal applications. We are not a government agency, DMV, or affiliated with any state or federal motor vehicle department.

2. Service Fees

Our service fee covers:

  • Processing and submission of your renewal request

  • Administrative handling

  • Customer support

  • Document preparation and verification assistance

State fees and government charges are NOT included in our service fee and are paid separately to the appropriate state agency.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because our service begins processing immediately upon order submission, refunds are limited:

You are eligible for a refund ONLY if:

  • Your request has NOT been submitted to the state DMV or processing agency

  • You cancel within 1 hour of placing your order

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Your application has already been submitted

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information

  • The state denies or delays your renewal

  • You change your mind after processing begins

  • Government fees have already been paid on your behalf

5. Processing Errors

If we make an error in processing your request, we will:

  • Correct the issue at no additional charge, OR

  • Provide a refund of the service fee if correction is not possible
